net settlement system
система нетто-расчетов; расчетная система с использованием неттинга
C&S платежная система, расчетные операции в которой осуществляются на двусторонней или многосторонней основе с использованием неттинга; система, в которой исполнение поручений на перевод (transfer instructions) осуществляется на нетто-основе. В некоторых системах делается различие между разными типами поручений: одни (например, платежные поручения) исполняются с использованием неттинга, а другие (например, поручения на перевод ценных бумаг) исполняются отдельно, по принципу "поручение за поручением"
